If you're a person with a body, this book is for you.
OMG - I wish I had been able to read this book when my weight first piled on, I might then have NOT spent the last (mutters a number) years self-castigating myself and instead caring for myself and learning to live with myself and my fat! I will recommend this book to anyone that feels bad about their size (and she doesn't skinny shame either - according to her everyone should be able to love themselves and no one else should be able to make comments!), well and truly worth a read, and then a re-read, and then another re-read .... and so on! Thank you Jes Baker for this book!
