I have not really managed to do much of anything recently, I don't know if it is the chance of the seasons or what but I have not had the ooomph to do anything at all! One sure fire sign that things are not going well is generally the state of my desk, and at the beginning of the week it looked like this
I think we can safely say that the desk was not the best work environment! So I girded my loins and went for it and by the end of Monday my desk looked a LOT better
I can know see what I have around me at anytime, granted I could do with finding somewhere else to store the remote controls but that is a minor issue (and yes I need to get a bit of filing done, but I am more or less on top of that, oh and currently my phone, fullomyth and kindle are in my handbag! So that has got rid of even more stuff off the desk as well!)
As well as this on Tuesday I managed to patch one of the sofa cushions again (sheesh Hamish - just stop scratching them will you!)
Not the best thing maybe but it will keep the cushion going for a while longer!, I also need to mend the other cushion (where he has ripped stitches rather than torn another hole), but I need to let my hand recover first! But I may try and do that during dog walks tomorrow and Saturday.
No other crafting has happened (even though it is on my to do list *sigh*), but I hope to get back to that as well, as next year I have quite a bit of crafting on my want to achieve list!
